just an update

We've been busy. We moved into our new apartment and I love it! It has a dishwasher people, and not my husband ;) I've just been getting everything settled in and unpacked. Holger got a new lcd computer monitor and we are getting a smaller desk so both that and the crib can fit in the same room without being too crowded.

I got my job back this week. I worked Thursday and Friday. It's kinda nice getting out of the house and taking a break from mommy duty. I miss Maddy tons and it's great to see those big smiles when I walk in the door after work. My sister has graciously said she would baby sit for us while Holger is in school and I'm working.

Holger finished classes last week and has finals next week. Then he will have two weeks off before his summer classes start. He should be finished with school in four semesters! Then we/he has to decide where he wants to get his masters. We will either go to Boise or Portland. I would rather go to Boise, but Portland is still in Oregon and we would still be covered with health insurance for future pregnancies. That would be so much easier for us considering I'm very high risk when pregnant.

Madelyn is getting bigger every day! She loves cooing and telling me everything that's on her mind. She has learned the art of screeching at the top of her lungs but still doesn't get that it's coming from her because it startles her every time she does it :) She loves balloons, her cow, cooing, and playing with mommy and daddy and all her aunts, uncle and grandparents. She is the biggest flirt and very opinionated. She loves her bumbo seat because she feels like a big girl sitting up in it :) I guess this will go for her five month post too :) Here are some pictures of her.
