we went to my dads for halloween the weather was horrible so we trick or treated at my dads from room to room. then we came home on sunday and i ate all the candy because everyone else was sick so i had to sacrifice and do my duty as a mother.
i took one for the team that's for sure. sorry about the lack of pictures. they are on my dad's camera.
now we are getting ready for thanksgiving! my favorite holiday. we are as usual going to my dads but there's a twist. holger is going to germany for his grandparents 60th anniversary. his uncle is paying for the ticket. yes we were all invited but i decided that it was too tough a trip for two kids under three and stayed home. the only way i will get through him being gone for a week is that fact that he's going to bring me chocolate from europe. sad huh. lol
i think we are finally getting over our sickness that has hung around since september. it's always something different but i think we are done.

I am sorry that your family has been so sick! I hope that everyone starts feeling healthy. That is exciting that Holger gets to take that trip and I hope that the chocolate is pure perfection and you enjoy it..all to yourself :)
