finally!

we are finally over the flu. we all have some yucky sounding coughs but we've all had it and now hopefully we are done being sick for awhile. we got an air purifier and i've been lysoling the crap out of everything in our apartment.

GREAT NEWS!
after only two months at holger's internship they offered him a full time position! he will get benefits in six months and a retirement plan. we are sooooo excited. we are going to start paying back our student loan debt (yeah scary that we have so flippin much) hopefully it will get paid pretty quick. i really would like to move into a house when our lease here is up next summer. i want our own space not surrounded by people. well of course we will have neighbors but i won't have to worry about weather or not the vacuum is too loud.

we are going to go to my mom's this weekend and then next wednesday we are going home for christmas! so excited to spend the holiday's with everyone. we won't get to stick around for new years which kinda bums me out but it's ok.

we are going to take flowers to Matthew before we come home because we won't be there on his birthday. that makes me really sad. this month has been really emotional for me becasue i remember where i was and what i was doing the days before he was born. he would have been 4 on the 28 and.... yeah i can't talk about this right now. i'm already getting upset.
